A former General Manager of Castrol Australasia and past-General Manager (Marketing and Village Operations) for Oceania Healthcare, Jeremy Leach amassed an extensive range of business skills and experience throughout his career.
As well as holding senior management roles, he has worked in sales, marketing, purchasing,
operations and strategic planning, and his career has included postings in New Zealand, Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom.
He has an International Marketing Diploma and certificates in business administration, sales management and retailing.
Jeremy and his wife Meredith first visited Rescare in 2004 when exploring future care options for their son Jonathon. They concluded that, with Rescare’s ‘village’ concept and the quality of the staff they met during their visit, it was a world-class facility. In 2010, Jonathan become a Rescare resident, a move that Jeremy and his wife Meredith view as ‘life-changing’ for their son who is now in his early 30s.
Jeremy is a keen cyclist and hiker and enjoys participating in both activities throughout New Zealand.
