Residential Service Manager
Having a sister with intellectual disabilities and volunteering at Rescare during her school years inspired Julia Osman to complete a Bachelor of Human Services (Disability Studies) degree at The University of Auckland and to pursue a career in the disability sector.
Julia has worked at Rescare since 2009 in a variety of roles including as a Community Service Worker, Team Leader and Co-ordinator. In her current role as a Residential Service Manager, she is responsible for the management of four Rescare houses, one at our Flat Bush site and three at our Weymouth site.
