Psychologist
Kay has worked at Rescare since 2018 across a range of roles, including Community Support Worker, Team Leader, and Residential Service Manager. She holds a Master of Arts in Psychology (Applied Behaviour Analysis) and is a registered Psychologist.
In her current role, Kay works closely with people, their whānau, and staff teams to provide tailored support for behaviours of concern, coach teams in behaviour support strategies, and promote least restrictive practices, with a strong focus on upholding dignity, choice, and positive outcomes.
