Residential Service Manager
Kay started at Rescare in November 2018 as a Community Support Worker, then Team Leader and now as a Residential Service Manager. Kay has achieved a Master of Arts in Psychology Degree in Applied Behavioural Analysis area.
Kay loves supporting the people at Rescare to achieve a better life. By the end of the day, their happiness and wellbeing rewards Kay a lot. When not working, Kay likes to teach Chinese and catch up with friends. Kay is a super fan of Air Jordan shoes.
