Residential Service Manager
Sheena has started her journey with Rescare Homes Trust in 2022. She brings a wealth of experience across the disability and community sector, ranging from services such as transitional support, home support and residential services. Throughout her career she has worked in a variety of roles from youth worker through to service manager. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Disability Leadership. Her education and experience have shaped her approach for creating an inclusive, person-centred environment where individuals are supported to live with dignity, independence and choice. She works closely with residents, whanau and staff to ensure high-quality, meaningful support that reflects each person's goals and aspirations. .
